Johnny Ronan’s development group has hit back at Dublin City Council’s claims that its shared living facility in Spencer Dock would provide a “poor standard” of accommodation.

Ronan Group has permission in place to develop hundreds of apartments and an aparthotel beside the under-construction Salesforce Tower at Spencer Dock. In March, the company sought to change the planned aparthotel into a 152-unit shared living block.
