Patrick Cox’s conduct was the worst property developer Michael O’Flynn had ever experienced in all his years in business, the High Court was told this week.

One of the leading property development groups in the country, O’Flynn Group, is embroiled in a High Court legal battle with three former employees, including the son of Pat Cox, the former president of the European Parliament.
