The Zip Yard: with outlets from Belfast to Limerick, turnover has grown to €4 million

The cost-cutting trend that took hold in 2007 at the onset of recession provided seasoned franchiser Don Wallace with the inspiration for a new venture that would offer clothing repair and alteration services tailored to fit a changing market.

The Zip Yard opened its twenty-fifth franchise in Cavan this month, bringing to 136 the numbers employed by the franchise.
