Leaving Cert students Eric Doyle and Mark Kelly from CBS Synge Street in Dublin 8 took top prize at BTYS&TE 2012. Their project - Simulation accuracy in the gravitational many-body problem - develops a novel mathematical approach that has a diverse range of applications, from satellite placement to predicting network congestion in telecommunication.
