Yoga and meditation for busy professionals

Ciara Cronin set up the Yoga Room to offer people a more professional approach to yoga.

“I visited some yoga centres in America and I realised the difference of having a dedicated space,” said Cronin. “In Ireland yoga classes are usually in schools or church halls.”

The Yoga Room on Merrion Road in Ballsbridge opens on September 12. Cronin said she had already been contacted by a lot of companies.
