XtraVision acquires unit in Balbriggan development

XtraVision has agreed to acquire a unit in Harbour Mill, a new mixed-use development in Balbriggan in north Dublin.

XtraVision has agreed to acquire a unit in Harbour Mill, a new mixed-use development in Balbriggan in north Dublin.

On completion, the mixed-use scheme will have 15 shops, two pubs, a restaurant, creche facilities, office space and 118 residential apartments, all with substantial tax allowances.

The scheme will also have 170 car parking spaces on site, in addition to the 120 in the nearby public car park. It is being developed by McEnaney Construction and has frontage...
