Wrap up the Greek mess without delay

The deal on the second Greek bailout needs to be concluded now. If some in the richer eurozone countries are - as it now appears - having second thoughts about the wisdom of this, then they cannot deal with it by creating higher and higher hurdles for Greece to jump over.
