Worldspreads has a flutter on Polish market

Dublin financial spread betting company Worldspreads is to enter the Polish market next month after agreeing a joint venture deal with a local financial services firm.

Dublin financial spread betting company Worldspreads is to enter the Polish market next month after agreeing a joint venture deal with a local financial services firm.

The AIM-quoted company, whose European operations already include Britain, Spain, Germany, Greece and Hungary, will be the first foreign operator to offer spread betting in Poland.

It will launch a Polish-language offering in conjunction with Dom Maklerski Navigator, an investment broking firm.
