Hines Ireland officially broke ground at Cherrywood in south Dublin, the country’s newest townland and the first major scheme of its size to take place here in decades.
Speaking at the event, Minister for Housing Simon Coveney described the project as “the most ambitious housing project in Ireland in decades” and said it was a profound symbol of the property sector’s “rebirth” following its near decimation nearly a decade ago....
