Members of the Dun Laoghaire Workmen’s Club are in line for a Christmas windfall after agreeing to sell a three-acre site for more than €9 million.

Members of the Dun Laoghaire Workmen’s Club are in line for a Christmas windfall after agreeing to sell a three-acre site for more than €9 million.

The sale will mean an after tax payment of almost €50,000 for each of the club’s 158 members, according to a briefing document sent to members.
