Paul Gallagher has been general manager of Buswells Hotel in Dublin since 1997 and was elected president of the Irish Hotels Federation (IHF) earlier this year.
Established in 1882, Buswells employs 40 staff and is one of the oldest hotels in Dublin, comprising five Georgian townhouses in the city centre. The hotel has just completed a €2 million project to build two new boardrooms, with an ancillary lounge, and refurbish its 67 bedrooms.
