While the austerity measures ahead of us will be tough, the government must stick to its plan of action, which should bring further breaks

Irish citizens are carrying an enormous burden in the continuing attempts to reduce the level of government borrowing. We have faced austerity budgets since 2008 and these will continue until 2015 on current government plans, and probably beyond as fiscal rules become even more stringent than currently envisaged.
