Work starts at Carrickmines €24m office development
210 construction jobs will be created during the build
Park Developments Group has started construction of a 60,000 square foot (5,574 square metre), €24 million office building at The Park in Carrickmines in Dublin 18.
The Hampstead Building is the first new building to be built at the office and retail park since 2008 and about 210 new construction jobs will be created during the build, which is due for completion at the end of the year.
