Winners announced at Irish Law Awards

Minister for Justice Alan Shatter addressed the inaugural National Irish Bank Irish Law Awards at last Friday's awards lunch.

Minister for Justice Alan Shatter addressed the inaugural National Irish Bank Irish Law Awards at last Friday's awards lunch.

The event in the Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin, was hosted by broadcaster Miriam O'Callaghan.

The winner of Law Firm of the Year was William Fry for its "exceptional achievements in 2011". Moya Quinlan, who qualified as a solicitor in 1946, received the lifetime achievement award. Sonia McEntee won the sole practitioner law firm of the year award...
