Wicklow grandmother Cathy Whitty has signed a deal to stock her bake-at-home bread mixes at two high-profile food companies in London.

The company's range of spelt bread mixes are now being stocked at organic supermarket Planet Organic and US organic food store WholeFoods Market's London stores.
