The combination of a shortage of supply, increased demand for office space and rising rents has encouraged Irish Life Investment Managers (ILIM) to not alone buy a number of office properties over the last two years but to refurbish some of them and now it is also planning to redevelop others.

Martin O’Reilly, head of property at ILIM said that those it plans to redevelop include Hainault House next to the St Stephen’s Green site...
