Whatever happens, Europe must act forcefully

Save Greece, or prepare for its exit. That is the choice facing Europe. Of course, a key decision faces the Greek people as they head to the ballot box for a second time next month. But their general mood is clear enough - Greek people want to stay in the euro, but have lost confidence in the austerity policies designed to achieve this.
