The Challenge Cup and Qualifying Competition don't live on the same planet as the new fangled Europe Champions Cup. Replacing, if we're going purely from a non-sponsor name perspective, the European Cup, the top tier competition is meant to be about bringing in more cash and ensuring a better representation of top teams.
