McInerney Homes is complaining that it ordered two banks to cut off its supply of credit. Pierse Contracting is hoping it will allow developer Gerry Gannon to repay €16 million it owes the group, while simultaneously praying that it also acquiesces to a last ditch plan to save the business from liquidation.
