One of the highest prices ever paid for a licensed premises was secured last week when Darryl and Chris Kavanagh sold the popular Muldoon's in Waterford for €10 million through John Rohan Auctioneers.

One of the highest prices ever paid for a licensed premises was secured last week when Darryl and Chris Kavanagh sold the popular Muldoon's in Waterford for €10 million through John Rohan Auctioneers.

The transaction was completed at 5.30am on Thursday morning after more than 12 hours of talks and the property was bought in trust by a Dungarvan based solicitor acting for a Waterford-based client.
