Tony O’Reilly and his brother-in-law Peter Goulandris have lost almost €550 million on their investment in luxury goods group Waterford Wedgwood. An analysis of the figures going back to when O’Reilly’s Fitzwilton Group first bought into the Waterford business in 1990, shows their total investment in the group has been around €579 million.
