Watchdog receives report on collapse of Pierse Construction

The Director of Corporate Enforcement has received a liquidator’s report on the events that led to the collapse of the Pierse Construction group last year with a deficit of more than €200 million.

The Director of Corporate Enforcement has received a liquidator’s report on the events that led to the collapse of the Pierse Construction group last year with a deficit of more than €200 million.

The report was sent to the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE) by Simon Coyle of Mazars, who was appointed liquidator to Pierse last November.
