Bedminster, the waste firm founded by businessman Bill McCabe and backed by Goldman Sachs, lost almost €1.2 million last year.

The company, which owns patented technology to separate waste and turn organic waste into biofuel, had an accumulated loss of €2.6 million at the end of the year. Turnover was not disclosed in the accounts filed by Bedminster International (Ireland). At the end of last year, it owed more than €3.4 million to its parent...
