The Washington Post, a major US daily paper, is to begin charging frequent users of its website this summer.
Readers who look at more than 20 articles or multimedia features a month will have to pay a fee, which has yet to be specified, the paper said. Students, teachers, school administrators, government employees and military personnel will be exempted.
