Walsh Western, an Irish transport firm that has contracts to deliver Dell computers, has reregistered as an unlimited company, meaning it does not have to file detailed accounts.
The company - which had sales of €108 million in 2004 - is the latest in a series of large privately-owned companies to go unlimited.
It is owned by Michael Enright and his son Brian, who is chief executive of the company.
