Vodafone Ireland appoints new chief executive

Vodafone Ireland has appointed Anne O'Leary as its new chief executive with immediate effect.

Vodafone Ireland has appointed Anne O'Leary as its new chief executive with immediate effect. Cork-born O’Leary is currently director of the company’s Irish enterprise business unit, it said in a statement.

She joined Vodafone Ireland from BT Ireland in 2008 as enterprise director and has overseen the company’s acquisition of Interfusion Networks and Complete Telecom. She has recently established a new Enterprise Customer Solutions department at Vodafone Ireland.
