Vislink secures $25m deal with US company

Irish-listed broadcast technology firm Vislink has secured two orders for its US operation which will be worth $25 million (€17 million) to the firm and will add significantly to revenues, which stood at $100 million (€138 million) for 2006.

Irish-listed broadcast technology firm Vislink has secured two orders for its US operation which will be worth $25 million (€17 million) to the firm and will add significantly to revenues, which stood at $100 million (€138 million) for 2006.

Vislink chief executive Ian Scott-Gall said the new contracts would push revenues ahead of expectations and would be on the order book for next year.

The deals were secured through the company’s US-based subsidiary Microwave Radio Communications.
