Vision Express has acquired the former Aldo shoes unit on William Street in Galway city through agent CB Richard Ellis.

Vision Express has acquired the former Aldo shoes unit on William Street in Galway city through agent CB Richard Ellis.

The property is located at 49 William Street, and Vision Express will trade alongside fashion retailers Tommy Hilfiger and River Island.

The three-storey building measures 238 square metres, which includes 108 square metres of ground floor retail space. It is held under an 18-year lease from July 2005, subject to a passing rent of €200,000 per annum.
