Version 1 on €50m acquisitions trail

Irish IT services company Version 1 plans to spend €50 million on acquisitions over the next five years as part of its growth strategy.

The first of these purchases was announced on Thursday, with the acquisition of British firm Forest from Tieto, a Europe-wide IT services company.
