Veris has plans to make further acquisitions

Bernard Farrell, chief executive of Veris, has said that more acquisitions are in the pipeline following its purchase of the British-based Orange group of facilities management companies.

Bernard Farrell, chief executive of Veris, has said that more acquisitions are in the pipeline following its purchase of the British-based Orange group of facilities management companies.

Farrell said that the IEX listed property services firm had a shortlist of potential targets in Ireland and Britain and had ambitions to complete a number of acquisitions over next year.

Veris pa id €14.1 million in cash for Orange, which reported profits of €1.26 million in 2006....
