Management at a Dublin-based company that specialises in processing Vat reclaims has completed a €20 million buyout from its US parent.

Meridian Vat was previously owned by Nasdaq-quoted US financial services firm PRG Schultz International, a specialist in auditing and accounts payable services.

PRG Schultz struck a deal with management that transferred ownership of Meridian to Averio Holdings, a company linked to the management team.
