Van Morrison’s wife begins High Court battle against neighbours over hedge

Michelle Morisson, the former model who is married to singer Van Morisson, is engaged in a High Court row with her next door neighbours to protect panoramic views from her home.

The full-time mother-of-two, who is in court today, claims she is trying to enforce an agreement with Conor and Eileen Kavanagh that will stop them obstructing her view to Dalkey Island over a low back wall at the rear of her garden.
