A firm that advises the state on using its property portfolio for mobile phone masts has been bought by an American company.

iProperty, the property management division of engineering consultancy firm Vilicom, has been acquired by Shared Access, a US firm that also has operations in Britain. iProperty manages a property portfolio of more than 1,000 sites, including the state buildings.
