US St Patrick's Cathedral to get €133m makeover
The iconic New York cathedral is to undergo a two-year renovation that will cost in the region of $175 million (€133 million).
New York's [St Patrick's Cathedral](http://www.saintpatrickscathedral.org/) is to undergo a two-year renovation that will cost in the region of $175 million (€133 million).
Work crews are to begin work in May. Marble blocks will be replaced, while 34 French stained glass windows, dating from the 1870s, will be cleaned.
