US snack group buys Cork's Cully & Sully

The Hain Celestial Group, a natural and organic products company based in New York, has bought the Cork-based food firm Cully & Sully.

The Hain Celestial Group, a natural and organic products company based in New York, has bought the Cork-based food firm Cully & Sully.

In business since 2005, Cully & Sully makes a range of distinctively branded chilled soups, pies and stews which are sold in all major food retailers.

Founders Cullen Allen (Cully) and Colum O'Sullivan (Sully) will continue to manage the business, Hain said.
