The US real estate firm Hines will "very actively look at every quality deal" at the upper end of the commercial property market here, according to the man who runs its Irish operation.
Brian Moran, who launched the Irish council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) last week, said Hines is looking closely at some of the big ticket properties currently being sold by the National Asset Management Agency (Nama) and the banks.
