A US court has thrown out most of a legal action against Dublin property company Harcourt Developments over a proposed $900 million scheme in Las Vegas.

A US court has thrown out most of a legal action against Dublin property company Harcourt Developments over a proposed $900 million scheme in Las Vegas.

A District Court in Clark County, Nevada, has dismissed five of the seven claims made by Glen, Smith & Glen (GSG), a Las Vegas-based development company that was Harcourt’s business partner in the project.
