US investment firm Kennedy Wilson plans to take advantage of Ireland's 'rising market' and continue to invest heavily in property and loans.

US investment firm Kennedy Wilson plans to take advantage of Ireland's 'rising market' and continue to invest heavily in property and loans, according to its European chief executive Mary Ricks.

The California-based firm has been one of the most active investors into Ireland over the past couple of years and spent €371 million buying up assets in 2012, including the State Street headquarters in Dublin.
