US property firm Cushman & Wakefield is upping its 20 per cent affiliate stake in Sherry FitzGerald’s commercial property division to acquire the entire division in a deal that is expected to complete in early September.

C&W took the initial stake in the Irish property business two years ago, and will now fully integrate the 100-plus property staff and offices into Cushman & Wakefield Ireland, which has offices in Dublin, Limerick and Galway....
