US building for €42.8 million

Warren Private Clients, the investment firm run by Kevin Warren, has bought an office building in Lake Success on Long Island, New York, for US$53.5 million (€42.8 million).

The firm bought the building in a joint venture with Willett Properties. Finance for the deal is being provided by JP Morgan at a fixed rate of just over 5 per cent for ten years. Warren Private Clients intends to hold the building for that length of time.

The 32,500 square metre building is on an 8.5-acre site and includes 1,400 car parking spaces. Built in 1988, it is 93 per cent occupied and is expected...
