Cable and broadband provider UPC is tomorrow launching one of the biggest overhauls its services have seen since the launch of digital television.

Dubbed Horizon, the new offering from UPC will be essential for maintaining the company's position in a competitive and changing marketplace.

While UPC enjoys a strong position in the broadband market, it faces a greater competitive challenge in its original core business, television services.
