United Drug gets clearances for acquisition

The company said the formal completion of the transaction would occur once clearance had been given by the Irish Competition Authority.

United Drug has received clearance from regulators in Spain and Portugal for its planned acquisition of Pharmexx.

In a regulatory statement the company said the formal completion of the transaction would occur once clearance had been given by the Irish Competition Authority.
