United Drug completes €12m Spanish deal
Irish healthcare services provider United Drug has completed its €12 million acquisition of Spanish contract sales organisation Expansis.
Irish healthcare services provider United Drug has completed its €12 million acquisition of Spanish contract sales organisation Expansis.
Expansis is headquartered in Madrid and provides outsourced services to a wide range of pharmaceutical companies in Spain. The business was established in 1995 and currently employs 280 people.
United previously acquired the Pharmexx Spain business unit and said that this would be merged with Expansis.
