More companies are finding a business case for unified communications - the next challenge is persuading people to use it. Ian Campbell reports.
According to recent Vodafone research, around 30 per cent of Irish businesses are already using unified communications (UC) and 46 per cent of those who are not, are planning to in the next year. The statistic backs up a sentiment you get from every vendor, that after a decade talking about the technology, people are now starting to adopt it in meaningful numbers.
