Ulster Bank is seeking to offload a €600 million portfolio of assets across the country, one of the largest single blocks of property ever to come on the market here.
The British-owned bank has appointed numerous advisers, including estate agents Savills, to manage the sale process.
The portfolio consists of 140 to 150 properties, mostly commercial property and development land.
