UDG to sell Irish arm for €407.5m to McKesson

Pharma deal will hone focus on higher growth

UDG Healthcare has announced that the proposed €407.5m sale of its Irish pharmaceutical distribution businesses has been approved by shareholders at an EGM this afternoon.
