United Business Media (UBM), a publicly-quoted global media group, is considering moving its tax base from Britain to Ireland, according to informed sources.
A move would allow UBM to avail of the 12.5 per cent corporation tax rate in Ireland, instead of paying 28 per cent in Britain.
