Hibernia Reit will spend €85 million sprucing up the crown jewels in its expanding portfolio of city-centre commercial property, with the Windmill Lane site where U2 recorded The Joshua Tree set to benefit from the spending binge.
The trust's suite of office blocks at 1-6 Sir John Rogerson's Quay will also benefit from the investment, which will bring Hibernia's total spending on construction to €110 million.
