The driving force behind many of TV3’s reality shows is to step down from the station to return to Britain.

TV3’s director of programming, Ben Frow, “spearheaded the transformation of TV3 from an acquisitions-led channel into a distinctive Irish broadcaster”, the television company said in a statement.
