TV3’s Heat magazine-influenced diet of celebrity shows appears to be paying off. Gary Power at Saor Communications pointed out the recent 40 Celebrity Weddings show delivered a 7 per cent viewing adult share, Celebrity Love Splits achieved 11 per cent, and Saturday’s X-Factor reached 15 per cent.

The finale of Love Island secured audiences in the mid 20 per cent across the board.
